Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born 13 June 1962 in the United States is an actor. Her film debut was in Bad Boys (1983). Following that She joined the Bratpack and starred on screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is a performer as well as an writer. The early 1980s were when she began her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller film Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her success on screen, the actress appeared in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one of the best film productions for high school ever made. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed $50 million. In the meantime, she was also participating in various television shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April of 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for young people. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that featured her in. The show Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. Also, she appears as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being only a short cameo. Sheedy is known for her incredible performances. Sheedy has received numerous awards, one of which was an MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
